We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at 803-359-9571 or support@indigoridgehemp.com and one of our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you.

Should you desire to use a coupon, you must type it into the code area before finishing check-out. We are not able to apply coupons after purchase.

Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $100 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on taste. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

If your product was purchased through an Indigo Ridge Hemp distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
