Martha Stewart: New Queen on the Throne of CBD

If you’ve been considering trying CBD, one of the most trusted names in lifestyle and consumer needs is here to back it. That’s right, Martha Stewart, the home living queen herself is the new face of cannabis. Her quirky friendship with Snoop Dogg has seemed to rub off on her if you will. His own CBD line, “Leafs by Snoop” is focused on treating animals with anxiety in partnership with Canopy Growth. Martha Stewart has just been signed as an adviser for Canopy as she helps to create a new line herself based on CBD products for both people and animals.

“I am delighted to establish this partnership with Canopy Growth and share with them the knowledge I have gained after years of experience in the subject of living,” commented Stewart in a recent statement. “I’m especially looking forward to our first collaboration together, which will offer sensible products for people’s beloved pets.” Martha has four precious animals herself, two Persian cats – Empress Tang and Princess Peony, as well as two Chows – Empress Qin and Emperor Han.

While the CBD industry is growing like wildfire, people of all ages and walks of life are trying it. Martha’s stamp of approval is expected to encourage an older generation to try something they may have not before. “As soon as you hear the name Martha, you know exactly who we’re talking about,” commented Bruce Linton, Canopy Growth chairman and co-CEO. “Martha is one of a kind and I am so excited to be able to work alongside this icon to sharpen our CBD product offerings across categories from human to animal.”

John Torrens, Professor of Entrepreneurial Practice at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management stated, “Having personalities like Martha Stewart attach their names to CBD products should send a strong signal to investors that this is becoming mainstream much faster than they may have thought.” Here’s to you, Queen Martha.
