Robby Wilkins’ life embraces both adventure and focus. After competing aboard a Santa Cruz 52 during Barbados Race Week, he returns to his office at Southern Visions Realty, Inc., in Lexington, SC, the company he’s guided since 1984. On his desk are documents, to-dos, memos, drawings and plans pertaining to the hemp and real estate company his family runs.
“My hours are 24/7,” he intones, still taking it all in stride just as he did at the outset. Sleep is a precious commodity when juggling endeavors of these sorts. But Robby wouldn’t trade what he’s doing for anything.
Anne Wilkins Brooks
Founder/Director of Marketing
Anne has been in marketing, development and sales of real estate for more than 30 years. When her family was presented with the opportunity to start a company in the Hemp Industry, Anne jumped at the chance. “Being a native of South Carolina, I am excited to be a part of a company that produces the best products for our customers right here in our state.” Anne has an MBA with a focus in marketing from the University of South Carolina.
When Wilkins was informed of the chance to create a brand-new hemp company in his native South Carolina with his family he was beyond floored. “I have always known that the cannabis plant is a miracle in so many ways, and when I saw the ability to be one of the first in South Carolina to work with hemp it was an offer I couldn’t turn down.” Wilkins has a background in commercial real estate development and a fond affinity for nature and the outdoors and “This translates well into the cannabis industry” says Wilkins. Wilkins believes there is going to be a massive shift from the public’s strict adherence to large pharmaceutical care options, to more wholistic and cannabis derived drugs. Wilkins is excited about the future of Indigo Ridge Hemp and the entire industry as a whole, “This is just the beginning,” finishes Wilkins.
As a self-described “innovator”, Reid urged his family farm into hemp cultivation as soon as it was allowed. “The chance to grow a plant that could be so beneficial to people’s lives offered the perfect opportunity to balance work and advocacy.” Reid received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Clemson in ’06, and a master’s in ’13. “Whether it’s buildings or businesses, the fruits of our labor should benefit society as a whole.” Reid brings this holistic mindset into the development of Indigo Ridge Hemp. “Through design and research, we will strive to deliver the healthiest products on the market by offering certified organic hemp, and the highest quality extraction methods available.”

The Farm: Quality & Output
We are a CCOF organic certified farm and currently rank of one of the largest in the SE with the CCOF organic certified badge who will be growing hemp in 2019. Our 2019 grow places our output at around 250,000 CCOF certified hemp plants. This gives us the ability to single source our CBD oil directly from our farm. 120 acres can produce approx. 5.8 million single 30mL (1 oz.) bottles at a 600mg dosage. IRH can keep cost down due to our scale. Many of our competitors are simply marketing experts that are white labeling hemp oil from unknown sources. We can tell you exactly which strain of hemp is in each bottle and where it was grown in the field, this is something that separates us from almost everyone.
We can also guarantee a clean finished product devoid of heavy metals and pesticides because we are grown on certified soil. Organic certified soil must be constantly checked and monitored. We grow for many national clients such as Whole Foods, Publix and Lowe’s Foods who already require stringent testing for our produce, and this same level of testing goes into our fields prior to growing our hemp. Hemp is a spectacular phytoremediator which means its roots can pull heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, radioactive elements and fuels from the soil. Understanding where your hemp is grown is paramount in ensuring finished product quality.
